Chuck Baxter is Executive Vice President and General Counsel. He has been with the Company since 2002. While in private practice, Chuck litigated copyright, trademark, publicity rights, defamation, licensing, insurance defense and insurance coverage cases. He is past Chair of the Intellectual Property Section of the Louisville Bar Association, and a frequent speaker on issues relating to IP and insurance. Chuck holds a B.A. in Communications from the University of Kentucky, studied physics at the University of Louisville, and holds a Law (J.D.) degree from the Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville where he has also been a visiting lecturer. He is a Registered Patent Attorney.
