Maureen Veterano is a patent attorney and senior underwriter at Intellectual Property Insurance Services Corporation (IPISC). She holds a certificate as a Certified Patent Valuation Analyst (CPVA) and has also earned the ARM insurance designation for risk management. Maureen received her undergraduate degree in biology from Bellarmine University and a Juris Doctor from the Brandeis School of Law at the University of Louisville and is a member of the State Bar of Kentucky. Prior to joining IPISC in 2005, she was in private law practice focused on general business matters and represented clients in civil and administrative matters as well as serving as an adjunct professor of copyright law at the Brandeis School of Law.
